Rental Info

In addition to being offered free of charge to many community organizations, the Manchester Community Center building is also available for rent for private parties and social gatherings. Past rentals have included birthday and graduation parties, bridal and baby showers and even family holiday gatherings.

The MCC features a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, an 800 square foot main room, plus an upstairs loft and a sitting room. The building is handicap accessible, including one of our bathrooms. Renters have access to our 6 foot folding tables, folding chairs, a small upright piano, a large projector screen, and an iPod-compatible sound system. The main room accommodates up to 100 people and the Manchester Community Center is air-conditioned!
